What is SBPP Certification?

The State of Massachusetts established the Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) to encourage agencies to purchase goods and services from small businesses. If you meet the requirements, you may be eligible to be listed in COMMBUYS as a SBPP, and receive notifications from state buyers. SBPP vendors also receive access to training and networking opportunities. 

Am I eligible?

The eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Principal place of business in Massachusetts. 
• In business for at least one year.
• Employ a combined total of 50 or fewer full-time employees.
• Have less than $15mm in gross revenues over a 3 year period.
